We’ll work closely together through every step of the journey to design and construct your new custom home in Chatham County. STEP 1: Free Custom Design Meeting
To get things started, we’ll schedule a custom design meeting with the team at Horizon Construction & Renovations. Our design team will sit down with you to discuss what type of home you’re looking for, what your needs are and how we can help you reach your goals. Give us the main points like the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and yard space – and feel free to add in any other design details as well. We take all of this information and use it to come up with a quote for the entire project. Once you’re happy, we can move forward to step two!
STEP 2: Design Your Dream Home
This step is all about coming up with the design of your dream home. Now, we really go into detail and work with you to draw up sketches and 3D models of your new house. Make sure you tell us everything you want in your home so we can add it to the design.
STEP 3: Customize Your Home
After the first and second stages of our process, we will have an initial design for your home. Next, you’ll need to customize it. Start thinking about specific furniture pieces, flooring, underfloor heating – pretty much anything and everything that comes to mind. We’ll add it all to the design, which sets things up for step four.
STEP 4: Finalize The Designs
As an award winning custom home builder, we know how important it is to make sure the design is perfect. After all, this gives us the blueprints to follow when building your house. So, this step is where we get really serious, and you have to give us the go-ahead to proceed with the final design. Once you’re satisfied, the designs will be finalized, and we can start building.
STEP 5: We Build Your Home
Horizon Construction & Renovations will take care of the entire building process for you. We stay within your timing and budget parameters, never compromising on excellence. We only use the highest quality materials and building products, as well as the best craftsmen and subcontractors.
STEP 6: It’s Your Home, Move In!
Once the construction is complete, there’s one step left; moving in! We hand you the keys and you can start building new memories in the home of your dreams!
